Whole Nocellara del Belice olives (with stone) in natural brine, 500g vacuum-packed .  Ingredients: olives, water, salt. They're ready to eat or can be desalinated and seasoned as desired. Nocellara del Belice is an olive tree variety produced in western Sicily, particularly in the Belice Valley area. The Nocellara is a prized olive, particularly large and tasty. Each fruit weighs 5-7 g and has a rounded shape. The flesh is firm and crisp, the taste slightly bitter and almost spicy.    The olive trees on the Riber Navel plots have a good production and are cultivated using natural methods with no pesticides. The olives are harvested by hand and immediately processed in brine.
